A companion for the menopause transition
Some days ask more of you than anyone sees.
Ember is a private, on-device companion for perimenopause and beyond. It listens, remembers your words, and stays close through the change — no scores, no wearables, no verdicts. Just somewhere warm to put it.
On your device · Private by design · Not a medical service
The menopause transition is universal. The support for it isn't.
Every woman moves through it — often for years, often quietly, often while carrying everything else. And when she looks for help, she tends to find one of two things: a clinic with a ten-minute slot, or an app that turns her body into a chart to be scored, tracked, and nudged.
Neither is company. Neither remembers what she said last week. Neither is only, quietly, hers.
- Universal Every woman moves through it — most while carrying everything else.
- Years, not months For many, the transition unfolds over years of a life already full.
- Quietly Too often unspoken, unprepared-for, and carried alone.
Not a tracker. A companion.
Ember is someone to talk to when the day is a lot — at 3am or over a cup of tea. It holds what you tell it in your words, notices gently when something's shifting, and points you to real help when that's what's needed. It never diagnoses, never scores you, never decides how you're doing. It just stays close, and keeps your confidence.
-
Heard, not measured.
You talk; Ember listens and remembers — in your words, never as a number.
-
Yours, and only yours.
Your words live on your device, encrypted, under a key only you hold.
-
Warm, never clinical.
Ember is a companion, not a doctor. When a question needs a professional, it says so — clearly and kindly.
What's inside — seven quiet features.
No dashboards, no streaks, no scores. Each piece of Ember exists to stay close without turning you into data.
It fits into your day, not the other way around.
-
Open Ember.
No setup marathon, no forms. Just say hello.
-
Talk, in your words.
However it comes out. Ember listens and remembers.
-
It stays close.
It notices gently, keeps your thread, and points you to real help when it matters.
-
All on your device.
By design, your words don't leave your phone. It's yours.
The most private thing you own should stay that way.
Ember runs its companion on your device. Your words are encrypted, held under a key only you control, and never sold — to anyone, for anything. Ember is a wellbeing companion, not a medical device, and it's built by a company whose whole reason for being is doing this ethically.
Ember is a non-clinical wellbeing companion and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency or crisis service.
On-device by default.
The conversation happens on your phone.
Encrypted, your key.
End-to-end; you hold the key, we can't read it.
Never sold.
No ads, no data brokers, no exceptions.
Non-clinical & honest.
Not a diagnosis or a treatment — and clear about it.
A way to help, always free.
Crisis and core support are never paywalled.
Built carefully, and honest about it.
Ember is grounded in lived experience and the science of the transition, and it's being shaped with the people it's for, with clinical and lived-experience review. Where the evidence is still forming, we say so. We'd rather be honestly useful than loudly certain.
Not a device, by absence.
No scores, stages, or forecasts — on principle.
The bright line.
Never advice on HRT or medication; always a signpost to real care.
Privacy is architecture, not a promise.
On-device and encrypted by design.
Reviewed, not rushed.
Held to ethical, clinical, and lived-experience review before it reaches you.
If you're in it, Ember's for you.
Perimenopause, menopause, and the years after — whether you want a nightly check-in, a place to think out loud, or just something warm at 3am. Ember isn't a replacement for your doctor, and it isn't for diagnosing anything. It's for the parts in between, where most of life actually happens.
Made by people who care how it's made.
Ember is built by Wellnetix Ltd, an ethical, privacy-first wellbeing-technology company. It's the same team behind our other companions — held to the same lines: private by design, honest about what it is, and built to reduce the load, never add to it.

We're opening Ember slowly, and carefully, to a small circle first. Leave your email and we'll invite you in when it's ready — no spam, no noise, just a quiet note when there's something worth your time.
No cost to join. Core support will always be free.
Questions, answered plainly.
Is Ember a medical device or a doctor?
No. Ember is a non-clinical wellbeing companion. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and it isn't a substitute for professional care — it signposts you to the right help when you need it.
Will it tell me what to do about HRT or medication?
No — and that's deliberate. Those questions belong with your GP or a menopause specialist, and Ember will always point you there.
Is my data really private?
Yes. Ember runs on your device, your words are encrypted under a key only you hold, and nothing is sold.
Do I need a wearable or tracker?
No. No devices, no scores, no charts. Ember works from your words alone.
What does it cost?
Core support and crisis help will always be free. Beyond that, Ember is pay-what-you-can.
iPhone or Android?
Both are planned. Join the early circle and we'll tell you first.
When can I use it?
Ember is in careful, private testing. The early circle gets first access.
What if I'm in crisis right now?
Please contact your local emergency or crisis service immediately. Ember can point you to region-aware support, but it isn't an emergency service.
